    This report is very much in line with the research done by Roger Samson of REAP-Canada.
    Switchgrass does have a higher absorbency than wheat straw and of course wood shavings. Its capability of releasing moisture in a ventilated environment enhances animal comfort and makes the bedding material last longer.
